<p> Larry Paschall, AIA, and Laura Davis, AIA, owner and vice-chairmen of the HPD Architecture LLC, a full-service architecture and interior design specialist in residential , commercial and institutional architecture, an employee of public speaking three different engagements in October and November, 2011. Paschall and Davis, registered architects, they draw on their experiences with their own society and the personal expertise in their efforts to inform and professional community. </P><br />

<p> | AIAS annual convention in Dallas to 72 27 29 October 2011, Paschall Davis and gave two presentations. Working primarily balancing and business development in a recovering economy, explored the approach of the drawbacks and outside the business development and marketing is more like a daily vitamin and less than an analgesic. Paschall and Davis also share ideas and advice to participants on the evaluation and ranking of public marketing strategies that work for their business. </P>
<p> Paschall Davis and second presentation at the convention TSA, a balanced growth, focusing on how to create an internal management program that includes the internal development of the company with daily activities. Both speakers presented tools and techniques to empower and motivate students to take advantage of their strengths and pursue individual interests and passions. <p>JOB DESCRIPTION<br />
 The North American Unconventional Resource Capture group has responsibility in Hess E&#038;P (Domestic US Lower 48) for evaluating acquisition and divestment opportunities as well as Portfolio Management. This position will provide geological ability for the activities of this group. Background with unconventional plays (oil and gas shale) is required. The successful applicant must be an excellent team member as he/she will be expected to work with fellow G&#038;G teammates and with a team of business and commercial development/integrators developing innovative and creative ways to capture large resource base and build new lines of business for the Company. Normal position responsibilities will be to provide comprehensive, integrated geological evaluations of the major shale plays in North America. An advanced understanding of geological principles and practices is required along with the capability to construct static realizations for use in reservoir simulation.</p>
